Chris has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Chris's career started in 2004 at CONSOL Energy, gaining experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance at underground and surface mining facilities.
Afterwards, Chris joined Superior Well Services as a Technical Professional II, where he supervised the execution of jobs in cementing, stimulation, and logging in various formations.
In 2010, Chris returned to CONSOL Energy as a Completions Engineer. Through the years and company transition to CNX Resources, Chris was promoted through the ranks to Vice President of Completions where he focused on innovations and solving complex problems related to completions and water activities.
Chris later became the Vice President of Operational Excellence where he provided strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance across the organization that ultimately prepared him for his next role as COO of M&A Resources.
